ASK:FREQUENT QUESTIONS >
Do you accept new patients?
Yes, we always welcome new patients! A new patient should bring a photo I.D., insurance card and a list of medications prescribed to them. We encourage patients to print our forms from our website to complete before your first visit.
Do you accept any insurance?
We accept most insurance plans that allow you the freedom to select the dentist of your choice. Please review the insurance section in our Financial Policy or on our website, here. As you know, insurance companies seem to make it confusing so please call our office so we can help you.
What payment options do you accept?
We accept cash, check, Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover credit cards. We also offer interest free payment options for up to 18 months and extended payment options to 48 months through Care Credit. For more information, visit the Care Credit web site or download the Care Credit Application Form.
What can I expect at the first visit?
We designate a full hour and a half for our new patients. This appointment is for you to interview us to make sure that we are the team to provide your dental care. During this time, one of our welcoming staff gets to know you while assessing your dental needs and taking a full mouth set of x-rays. Dr. Riley also spends time developing rapport, discussing your dental concerns and answering questions. After a thorough oral exam and review of your x-rays, Dr. Riley creates a treatment plan based on the patient's dental needs and concerns. Lastly, the office financial coordinator reviews the dental fees and estimated insurance payments with the patient.
What if I cannot make my appointment?
We set aside time to spend just with you so we ask that all cancellations be made prior to 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. However, we understand that situations arise that may cause a last minute cancellation. Review the Cancellations section in our Financial Policy.
